Total Together was established at the kanthari institute of social changemakers in 2021.Our aim is to bridge existing gaps in the LGBTQ+ community with a keen focus on those who have come off age (elderly)

Indeed there are services and programs that where initiated and are running but there is a lack of age appropriate service packages therefore we have made our organization a global movement. Here we are preparing to establish a safe space for the elderly in the LGBTQ+ community.

Total Together is a flagship program of I REACH OUT MY HAND AFRICA

Our Residence

This is a mock-Prototype of what we envision our safe facility to look like. Having accommodation for the elderly, a basic clinic, an office block. a gazebo (relaxing area) and security checkpoint.

Outreach

We are conducting research on the lived experiences of LGBTQ+ elders and delivering healthcare services to them. A majority of our beneficiaries prefare home and private setup visits tor service uptake due to different factors. For us to cater for high end to low end communities we require a reliable vehicle. Donate or help us fundraise for one durable vehicle.
